  You have 7 days from the receipt of your try on kit to ship the frames back. Send the frames back using the prepaid shipping label provided with your order. Use the box it came in, or your own. • I ordered multiple Home Try-On sets. Why did I only receive one?

  We send our Home Try-On kits one at a time. As all of our home try on glasses kits are the same, we do not send duplicates. If you ordered a kids set and an adult set, we will just combine them. If you ordered 2 of any pack, we'll likely just send one set, that should be all you need!

• Which styles and colors are available for Home Try-On?

  We tried to keep things simple. Our Home Try-On kits include colors selected at random - it's a size thing, not a color thing after all.

• Why do I need to pay for shipping?
