You have 7 days from the receipt of your try on kit to ship the frames back. Send the frames back using the prepaid shipping label provided with your order. Use the box it came in, or your own. Easy!
If you fail to get your try-on frames postmarked in the mail after the 7 days, we will have no choice but to charge you $20 per frame. Don’t make us do that. We honestly don’t want to!
