If a package is marked as “delivered” by the USPS it is your responsibility as the recipient to track it down with your local post office. Please be sure to check around your home/yard as well as check with your neighbors. You’d be surprised how many packages are left inside open garages, behind gates, or under patio furniture! The best luck with packages marked as delivered is to speak with your local post office and the actual person that handles your mail. Our mailers are unique and branded so they can often remember where they were placed.
It is common for packages to halt movement in a distribution center and/or post office, please allow 10 additional business days for a package to begin moving again. Once a package has not moved for more than 10 business days we can send out a replacement.
