Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1% of the cart value if the cart total is over $100. Route is able to issue you a refund or reorder within 24 hours. We recommend adding Route insurance for international orders and/or prescription glasses orders! It is a small investment for peace of mind.

Follow the link in the email that is sent to you post-purchase or visit Route.com and click "file a claim". In just a few minutes you can have a claim filed. Route will issue a refund or reorder within 24 hours.
If I don't add Route shipping insurance, will I still be covered if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
Once the package is shipped, Roshambo Baby has no control over it. Without Route shipping insurance attached to your order, we will have to go through the carrier which may take weeks and the carriers can be unpredictable.
