We should be able to fill most single vision prescriptions within the following range:
Sphere: −14 to +12
Cylinder: ±6
Stronger prescription powers require more TLC from our team. Sphere power over +/- 6.00 or Cylinder power over +/- 2.00 require custom made lenses with extra surfacing, shaping, and optical wizardry and incur a High Strength Rx Fee ($50).
You will see a notification during the checkout process if your prescription is stronger than we can fill.
We cannot fill bifocal or progressive prescriptions or those with prism correction.
For prescriptions that we're unable to fill, please know you can instead take our unbreakable frames to your local optician to be fit for custom lenses.
