No problem, it happens! We take sunglasses returns within 30 days of purchase. Click here to start your Easy Return & Exchanges for US addresses. We are a small company, so unfortunately can't afford to offer free return shipping, so your refund will deduct the shipping fee - but you will only be charged for the actual postage cost (usually a couple dollars within the US).
Prescription orders (glasses, rx sunglasses, and transitioning glasses) are NOT eligible for returns and exchanges. Sorry, but those are cut based on your submitted prescription so they are not something we can restock! Free gifts or promotional items with retail value are also non-refundable.
